After making the IV payment i got the receipt saying that if your case number begins with AMM, ATH,BGH,LMA,MEP,or MTL only then you need to apply on line DS 260' but my case does not begin with these should i file DS 230???

Anyone please!

IV application uses DS-260(online form), the case number initials that you´re mentioning are the ones that can submit all of their civil documents via email.

every other country which case number starts with a different combination, must submit the DS-260 (online) and must send all the civil documents to support de IV application via regular mail or express mail (fedex, ups...)

I sent them to the NVC office in USA, (i actually took the papers with me to USA in a short trip i made, leave the papers to my husband and he sent them via USPS).. but you can send them via courier from your home country
