Hello :) Would you be able to explain what exactly they asked you in the interview about your husband's U.S. domicile? I am in a similar situation, living abroad with my spouse. (I am the petitioner) Thanks for any help you can give.

I am a little confused. At your interview, were you denied the green card because he didn't provide proof of U.S. Domicile or what happened? What proof did you end up sending them on April 7?

The CO give me a refusua letter 221(g) wich says send to The US consulate proof of domicilie ( for the petitioner ) with DHL, and the CO did not tak my passport until I complete that step. At the end of the letter say when you will sand to us the document wich are ask we will process with your vissa. Until than this is a denide case, we will call you as soon as your case will be approved to send the passport whith DHL. I don't know if I explain ok , bacause was in my language the refusal letter . Anyway is not somthing to be very worry. I heard a lot people wich get this letter because they have not all the document on the file to the us embasy ore the have som document expired.
