hi guys, I am UC. I tried visitor visa for my brother twice in a year and he was not able to get it. it was 2 year back. I have my daughters b'day and he was unmarried. So not sure whether the cause was not stong or the other reasons. I was sponsoring his visit. He first tried in his native language but thinking that he is a lawyer and suppose to know english. He tried next time in English. Second time guy on consulate asked him top law college in india etc. He just worked locally so was not able to answer to them.

that was the background about what happened in his interview. Now I want to try PR for him. I know it will take 10 years but what are my chances. Will his earlier denial effect him.

Thanks.
