Just as an update my CEAC status changed from "Administrative Processing" to "Issued", hopefully he gets the visa soon!!

This is FaBuLoUs!!! I hope it doesn't take long to receive the visa in hand. My fiance's follow-up interview is tomorrow and I noticed the status was updated today, maybe that means they're getting ready for him tomorrow and really reviewing the docs prior to his visit and then maybe just maybe he will walk in and they will miraculously have his visa waiting for him to put in his passport. As well as his plane ticket. goofy.gif Well.... a girl can dream can't I? headbonk.gif Goodnight. (Hoping to dream that dream tonight.) wub.png

Yes gurl, you can dream, I dreamt about this processing happening step by step without any delays and finally being with my fiancé finally. Good luck with the 2nd interview, and hopefully Corey can get an updated status on cEAC!!!

Thanks guys. I'm just having one problem having that dream... I CAN'T SLEEP! I'm so anxious & there's nothing I can do. Guess it's gonna be a long night & day (his appt is at 1:30). I'll be up daydreaming. I hope we all are talking about our fiances' POE by this time next month at the latest. Power of positive thinking!

Thank you so much!! I only spoke with him briefly he's still on his lonnng drive back to the Westmoreland. So I don't know all the details yet on what he was told, but I will most certainly ask him. When do we pay that $165 entry fee? And how?

Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! It feels good to know at least we are closer and all the work resulted in a positive outcome. I truly feel for the people who do all this and it ends with a denial. I have a friend like that. Even once we got the 221g I felt a slight ease of tension because we felt if it was going to be denied then why would they wait and have him come back to tell him so things must've been leaning towards an approval. yay! I slept like a baby last night. Soon enough with him next to me.

I've been looking at the CEAC website and the CSC to check for any changes and the CEAC had another update already today. I hope that means "something" good. I can't wait to read your words of joy when you get the news. The fact that yours can just change to Issued without warning right? I mean because he wasn't given a 221g form to bring something else in to them. I'm hoping for us both to be with our men by May.

Definitely a BIG WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!! kicking.gif heart.gif kicking.gif heart.gif (dancing with our loves)

We were given a 221g simply for "further review". They didn't need anything from us but since Haiti has a high fraud rate with divorce certificates they needed to validate his. We know it's legit and like we were saying last night, it's just a matter of time and we'll be celebrating too. He will be getting a call from the embassy to come back too when the review is finished.... One damn day closer, huh?!? Hahahaaa!! ;-) sooooo ready to be past this part and booking tickets :-)
