We have received all our numbers i I have been having trouble with this site. It let me "choose an agent" but now says "your case has been terminated....please contact us blah blah" That is so weird. We also did the optin agent and got an email back. I don't get it. Any thoughts? Does it matter if its Chrome or Explorer? System updates? I log on (or try to) at https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Any help would be appreciated. is it case sensitive?..I've tried every way.

Oh! I had read that on your fantastic detailed guides...I just couldn't understand them using "terminated" sounds so fatal! lol. btw I looked on your NVC spreadsheet and I couldn't find us. I'm probably not looking in the right place. Many thanks for all the great work.

They definitely need to re-word their error messages! laughing.gif

And I'm not psychic :P If you don't ask, then I obviously can't add you ;) Anywho, you've been added. When did you get your case number assigned? You didn't add that to your signature yet...

I haven't checked lately, but it's typically between 1.5-2 months from case complete date.

Now it says:

"Application Error

An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required."

They are doing their maintenance thingy

Hi!

It has been more than 20 BUSINESS days for the NVC to have received our NOA2 for petition I-130, but they are telling us to wait and wait. They keep saying that it's in the building but it hasn't been updated in our system.

What's ur take on that???

Completely normal. Click on the last 2 links in my signature and do some reading. Then join that thread. Many people are still waiting for case numbers to be assigned. Operators are typically saying 20-30 business days for this.

Hi Saylin!

We got our NOA 2 for petition I-130 on Dec 13th. 2013, and were told that our case was transferred on Jan 07th, 2014, & NVC received our case on Jan 13th, 2014. Since then we have been calling and getting the same response. They received our case on Jan 13th. Now our case is in the building, but they haven't updated on their system, and it takes about 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS for NVC to respond back. Now officially is has been more than 20 days.

What's ur take on that? What should we be doing?

Looking forward hearing from you !
