I got an RFE a month ago for form I-864, and had my biometrics in the same month. I was just wondering will it slow the process down a bit? In the letter, it said I will receive my I-765 within 90 days of the receipt of my missing initial evidence. Is that from the time the evidence gets sent in?

"Within 90 days of the RECEIPT of the missing initial evidence" means within 90 days AFTER USCIS RECEIVES the missing evidence.

When you send it is irrelevant. It is when the missing evidence is RECEIVED.

Sorry, I meant "received". Ohhh, I get it now hahaha! I always think of "receipt" as a paper thing LOL
