Hello- I have redone and redone this attachment form a million ways...

Would someone please look over my attachment sheet to G-325a Employment History for my beneficiary please...

Your advice here will help me with my form too...

We'veNEWg325Aattachment1of1DANNY.pdfNEWg325Aattachment1of1DANNY.pdf both have held many jobs over the last five years and several jobs at the same time... hard pressed to find anyway to list this stuff that isn't complicated.

There seems to be a lot of back and forth on VJ about how USCIS feels about 'overlaps' in time and I'm trying not to leave any gaps.

Also I'm not great with charts so simply wrote it out resume style as uniformly as possible with brief explanatory note at top.

Please could someone have a look let me know if what I've done seems acceptable. I need to email what we want to use to fiance asap so he can sign and mail it to me for the packet!

Your help would be greatly greatly appreciated!

Thanks VJ!

That will work just fine.

But, you could simplify it. Don't you think "actor" is more like self-employment? Was he actually getting a salary from these places? no, right? He was hired per job. I would just do "actor" dates (including gaps), server, dates.

But you can keep what you have. It will work.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

What you have is fine. You do not need the "NOTE" you have on your sheet. Just a listing of your employment history.

I would put "see attached" on the first line of the form, then the complete list on your extra page. All jobs/dates on one page.

I would skip the note. They can figure it out.

Great so it's not too far off then overall- agreed on how to reference on form and most definitely bye bye NOTE.

I suspected it was overkill which is why I asked-- Don't need to teach them how to suck eggs do I?

All of your speedy help is really really useful. Thanks a lot! dancin5hr.gif

One more nitpicky thing... Can i put the answers for

Last address outside the United States of more than 1 year

and

Last occupation abroad if not shown above

on the same attachment sheets as employment history attachment and residence attachment...

writing 'SEE ATTACHMENT 1' or 'SEE ATTACHMENT 2' in those boxes too...

soo 'see attachment' is in all the boxes related to residency and employment

seems neater

??

Why do you need to put those on a separate sheet? They are asking for ONE address outside of the US (it will fit in the space provided). Likewise they are asking for ONE job, your last job abroad, which would also be your current job(s). However you only need to put one job down, and this will also fit in the space provided.

ok i get what you're saying...

but on your last point i am the petitioner... my last job abroad is not my current job.

thanks

If the last employment abroad is shown in your other list, then "if not shown" means only write something in that line if it wasn't already given elsewhere. You already listed it, so that question is blank. If you don't want to leave it blank then put--previously shown.

For the last address abroad, there is no "if" so list it again on the form.
