Evidence of Engagement- DS156K

Hello,

My fiancé and I have just received our NOA2 we are currently waiting for the forms of to be sent to him from the embassy.

We are doing research on the website (very helpful) in order to prepare everything in advance, so it can go as smooth as possible. With the form DS156K, what can we use as the evidence of engagement? We already sumbittmed this type of information with our petition. Can we sumbit all of the same information or would this be information concluding that we are still together after the petition has been sent. I currently do not have an engagement ring as it is not in our budget, so we cannot provide pictures or support about that. I will be visiting him in his country in about 3 weeks. I could use a copy of my flight itinerary.

Any and all suggestions would be helpful!

Just re affirm what you already wrote in your initial letter of intent. Something like:

I, (YOUR NAME), state and reaffirm that I am legally able and willing to marry my fiancé (FIANCE'S NAME) within 90 days of his arrival to the United States.

Sign and date it.

Would I address my letter to the embassy of my fiancé's country? Would he address it as the same?

address isn't important, nor is it needed. If you want to include an address to make it more formal, then include the embassy address.
