I-129F Everything i need?

I made this word document with everything i need for the 1-129F. My worst nightmare is forgetting something. Could u guys please read trough this ans confirm this is everything? or am i missing something?

I know there is the step by step form online. But they might be out dated and stuff. I just want to make sure.

Step by step I-129F

• Payment – Personal check or moneytransfer.

• The completed I-129F form.

• I-129F Cover Letter

• Declaration of how we met in person in the last 2 years. This should be a single typed page attachment regarding 'Question '34.a' of the I-129F of the I-129F. Make sure to sign and date it.

• Fiancé Letter of Intent one from you and one from me certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.

• Proof of having met in past two years.

• A completed Form G-325A for both partners

• One passport-type photo of the US Citizen and the foreign fiancee. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

• Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen. This is used to establish citizenship.

• In regards to Section C Question 2 , if applicable provide certified copies of all court and police records showing the charges and dispositions for any specified conviction(s) (in accordance with the IMBRA). See section 9 of the I-129f instructions for more information

• Clip a completed G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, to the first page of your application (on top of the cover page). By completing this form and attaching it, USCIS will send you an email and/or text message to alert you when your application was received.

• MPORTANT!
  Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in. All Forms that you submit must be originals with original signatures. Supporting Evidence that you submit may be photocopies. Retain ALL original supporting Evidence since the USCIS has the right to check them by issuing an RFE (Request For Evidence). If you receive an RFE, follow the direction exactly, and make two copies of what you sent back. During any future interviews the USCIS may also want to examine the original supporting evidence

Everything required for the petition is listed in the I-129f instructions.

This is what you need to include in your petition:

• I-129f form, with payment
• 2 G-325A forms, one signed by each of you, with passport size photo
• 2 Letters of intent to marry, one signed by each of you
• Petitioner's proof of US citizenship (either copy of birth certificate OR all pages of passport)
• Evidence of meeting within the last 2 years: boarding passes, passport stamps, itineraries, receipts, photos together, etc.

If you have been married before, you also need to include all divorce decrees from previous marriages.

The one page declaration of meeting isn't required. All you need to write is how you met within the last 2 years, and it should fit in the space provided on the I-129f form. You can include the declaration of meeting, and it could serve as evidence of your relationship.

You can also include proof of your relationship, such as emails, texts, phone records, etc. This is not required for the I-129f, but it can always be wise to include it, especially depending on the embassy.

It is wise to make a full copy of your petition packet so you can refer to it later if needed. The embassy won't actually need the copy you make, it will actually be more for your and your fiancé's reference.
