My cousin recieved a mail stating she need to submit the ds 230 through mail.is it the one they need for iv or the ds 260? Cause ahe said it depends on case number?and are they still using the ds230?

It's just a very special visa type.

Cr1 will HAVE to do the DS260

That was in saying to her and she insist that on the letter they need 230 . And i think when u used ds 230 this is for mail processibg and email is the ds260. Thay's why se using ds 230 because she using mail process

One more thing she never fill up choice of agent the petitioner recev the letter stating need to pay aos

Well I wish there was some way I could tell you to help her but you can't help those that do not want to listen or read for themselves. They have not updated the emails and if she calls the NVC maybe they will help her. The process may be different for DCF if that is the route ahe going. I do not confess to know much about DCF.

No they did not do the dcf.she siad it depends on case number .is it posible using tr mail for ds?

nope. Everyone does it the same way in the Philippines if you go through the USCIS and NVC processing in the USA.

Does ds 230 is not already used they change to ds260?wat is diversity visa?

Don't worry about a diversity visa as its not applicable. You can research it on your own or forget I mentioned it.

Onto the main thing.

EVERYONE who is doing a spousal visa uses the DS-261 AND DS-260 who go through the USCIS and NVC. Period.
