Need advice! We filed documents in october, so waiting for results in may. And we recently moved to a new apartment - should we change our address?(since previous 3 years we lived in our mom's house and didn't have lease agreement or any bills)

what if they ask for ROE for 24 month, and we didn't have a bank account or lease, but we had all other documents, what should we do?

File AR-11 and I-865 - change of address. You might have send a letter from your mom regarding your stay with her with your I-751, which is sufficient evidence. If your other evidence (inter-mixing of finances), you will get your approval without any issue.

LPRs must notify USCIS of address changes. Google form "AR-11" or get it at this site under "forms" Simple form and free to file. Do it ASAP

Keep in mind this is a relationship that gets reviewed again and again by people that do not know you. You NEED to have evidence and you cannot go through life willy-nilly, who cares. You need to KEEP the evidence that being married and living together generates all by itself as life goes on. This is a continuing process UNTIL citizenship and is an every day job, not a "once every two years" job. You need to be making copies of things and putting it in the I-751 file, you need to be putting things in the "citizenship" file.

Send what you have to prove your relationship. Why wouldn't your parents give you a lease? You can have a lease for $1 per year if you want. Did you contribute to the bills? Why wouldn't that be in a lease agreement?
