10.21.2014 - Day 241 - Notification received, green card is in the mail

10.23.2014 - Day 243 - Green card in hand!

10.06.2016 - Day 00 - Mailed I-751 & documents to California Service Center (corporate shipping UPS next day air)

10.07.2016 - Day 01 - Package received and signed for at 10am

I have been tracking filers from other months pretty closely everyday and by the looks if it, the applications that were received by the USCIS between the 16th Jan to 23rd Jan are getting acceptances

I think you will be receiving a notification next week. I just looked back at the NOA letter and realized that they received my applications on the same date they received Tratsing's, which is almost a week earlier than when they received yours.

07/19/2019: Applied online

08/07/2019: Biometrics 

01/22/2020: Interview scheduled

02/26/2020: Interview.

02/27/2020: Status changed to Approved. Oath scheduled for 03/18/2020

I think you will be receiving a notification next week. I just looked back at the NOA letter and realized that they received my applications on the same date they received Tratsing's, which is almost a week earlier than when they received yours.

Hello fellow Dallas filers,

I am also a Dallas filer and just now discovering the nightmare that I am about to embark upon. After a lot of searching, I found you three. I am going to follow your cases to get an idea of when I will get an interview.

I just filed in August 2014 (timeline below) so I have a long way to go.

My USC spouse is in the military and just left for an overseas tour. I was hoping to get my green card in the next 3-4 months so I can join him but looks like that is going to be uhh slightly delayed. Ha! :ranting:

If you have any suggestions or information please do share with me. One tiny hope I see is that if February filers are getting their interview dates then they have moved beyond November,2013 which is the date USCIS website shows.

@tratsing and @vxb110530 all the best for your upcoming interviews and @macruff hope you get your notice soon.

Welcome Ladyliberty! Well, it took 8 months from the time I filed to my interview, so if you will most likely get yours in may. Hopefully you don't though! I feel your pain, I thought it would take about 4 months as well..

I vaguely recall a post about how military deployments can have an alternate/expedited path—does this ring a bell to anyone?

I've heard this too. Not very sure if it is going to work or not. From what I've read, it is a hit and miss- and, I've seen a lot of people adjusting from K1 (who can get interview waivers) getting expedite approvals due to military reasons. I am adjusting from a student visa, so I will need to have an interview. I am going to try every avenue I know to get an expedite and pray that it works.

Nothing yet on my end.. But soon hopefully.

Lady liberty, my spouse is also military but not deployed, I did search earlier in the year for an advantage but didn't find one. I have heard it is different if spouse is deployed, so investigate on that. Good luck
