Remove Condition 751 requirements

Hey VJ family.

I just need to confirm this information. Do I need to submit pictures with the application or not? My wife is applying to remove her 2 year green card condition. She got her green card thru a K1 visa?

Reading the instructions I would say the answer is no unless she is currently residing overseas due to a military or government assignment. She should just need to provide a copy of the front & back of her green card.

They are Removing Conditions for her 10 year green card, unsure what instructions you read, but they have to show two solid years of evidence being married. Examples are, quarterly bank statements over two years in both names, car insurance in both names, mail delivered to their home in both names, 401k naming spouse as beneficiary, health insurance, utility bills, phone,bills, cable bills, anything and every thing they have in both names showing they are do mingling as a couple.

I was commenting only on whether it was required to include 2 passport photos, sorry for the confusion. They of course need to show all the bonafide marriage evidence.
