Do you have documentation to stablish that you have received vaccination in accordance with U.S law? My fiancce never been here in US...so what we should put in that one?? Thanks.

She would have to go to a doctor in her country and get the shots in accordance with USCIS requirements. They will give her a certificate of immunization.

Also answered Yes, as far as before you go for the interview you do medical exam and they give you vaccination list. All who said "Yes" - are right.

11-07-2013 - I-129F form sent ---> 11-15-2013 - NOA1 - e-mail received, transferred to California Service Center.

11-20-2013 - Alien registration number changed.

11-22-2013 - NOA1 hardcopy (I-797C)

6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)
April 23, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice

Just to mention my fiance said no, but explained that she had scheduled the medical exam for the "X" date and she expect to receive the vaccination and documentation required on that day. We had no problems at all on that.
