Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, but I've been reading the guides on VJ for a while. My wife (USC) and I are getting ready to send out our packet this week. We are doing this by ourselves, as financial constraints keep us from hiring a lawyer.

Here's a little background about my case. I came on a visitor visa and overstayed when I was young. I ended up getting Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals a year ago, which is why I'm not filing an I-765 again. My wife and I got married 6 months ago, 6 years after we started dating. Now, here we are!

The contents of our packet can be found below. If you have time, please check if we missed anything.

Yeah I believe you're good to go..as long as you also include the proof of US citizenship for the sponsors. Also include documentation to prove current individual annual income such as employment letter, pay stubs etc
