Tax Year Info Required?

Hello. My fiance (from Russia) has her interview end of this month (Feb 2014). The i-134 info and tax info I sent her in November has tax info from 2012. Will the require 2013 Tax information, even though taxes aren't due in the US until April 15th (and her interview is 1.5 months before that time), or will they accept 2012 tax info?

Hi, you still know to show the petitioner's earnings for 2013 so they can submit pay stubs for the year or a letter from their employer stating how long they have been working there and how much they earn.

2013 taxes are not required until after the April tax deadline. However, you could still send a copy of your 2013 W-2 as well as the 2012 tax return.
