annual on w2 for 2013 less than poverty 125%

my husband just re hired from his old job and started working for 6 months now, he got his w2 for the year of 2013 and it says there $14127, now my question is do we need to get a co sponsor? or we can still use his 2012 annual income? please help... thank you... this is for aos

if we will compute his annual income it would be $31+++ , but in his 2013 w2 since he just started its stated there $14127

i would think that a co-sponsor is necessary for the meantime... probably ask your fiance to secure an official letter from his work that he is receiving that much in a month and that he is full time that might help and also include his pay stubs.
