Hi Guys,

Just want to share the good news that I was approved this morning within 20 mins! It was very simple and basic, the officer was very nice as well.

I waited around 100 days to receive my interview notice after approved for EAD in Sept 2013, and I am very sure there are many ATL GA filers who have similar timeline as mine have been waiting anxiously for the answer.

Here is my timeline:
Sent out package 07/01/2013

Bio App 08/06/2013

EAD 09/05/2013

Interview notice 12/22/2013

Interview in ATL Local office 01/23/2014

Good luck everyone!

So, about 4 months from Biometrics to interview? It's been 2 month for me now

MisterEko,

For me it actually took 5 month since My bio was 08/06/2013 and my interview was on Jan 23th 2014. And I was only on "testing and interview" after they actually sent out the interview letter. I also could see it says on that stay my interview will be on Jan 23th. What was I trying to say is that I did not have a "ready for scheduling interview" stage, it just went straight from RFE review to testing and interview. They sent out the letter on Dec 22th 2013.

Two month seems to be the average waiting time nowadays for at least ATL office. Don't worry, it will come!

My understanding is that average wait time from biometrics to actual interview date is 4 months in Atl?
