HELP! Ceac Status stuck at "READY"

Hello VJers,

On January 2 I had my interview at the consulate in Vancouver. Unfortunately, our lawyer did not submit the I-134 Affidavit of Support. My fiance and I sent one to them and it arrived on January 8th.

Ever since we submitted our I-134, our CEAC Status has always said "Ready", and our Case Creation date was in October.

Today, I checked again our CEAC Status. Our status still says ready (Case Updated January 21), but our "Case Creation date" has also changed to January 21.

What does this mean?

Applied for Naturalization based on 3-year Residency 

July 05, 2017 (Day 00) -  Submitted N400 Application, filed via USPS to Phoenix Lockbox

July 10, 2017 (Day 05) - NOA received

July 12, 2017 (Day 07) -  Check is cashed by USCIS

July 19, 2017 (Day 14) - Biometrics appointment letter mailed

August 02, 2017 (Day 28) - Biometrics appointment at Seattle Field Office

August 28, 2017 (Day 54) - Case is "in line" for an interview"

August 28, 2018 (Day 419) - Interview is scheduled

October 4, 2018 (Day 462) - Citizenship Interview AND Oath (offered same day oath by ISO in Seattle, WA)

Ready

Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days.
I have already had my interview, therefore it says to check my status after 2 business days. Does this mean a formal decision has been made, and that I should see either an APPROVAL (it should be!) or a DENIAL (it better not be!)?

I know in Australia, we have a UStraveldocs website that we can check on the progress of our passport/visa. It gives a better view of whats happening with the printing of visas ect. CEAC sometimes doesn't get updated as it should or as quick as it should. I woudn't worry at this stage.

I have done a little googling and found the Australian site that I have bookmarked for tracking of passports from the US consulate doesn't have a Canadan site, however I did find another site that may help you.

I must seem a little bit nutty being so concerned with the CEAC status -- what with all the hiccups we've had throughout this process, I can't blame myself with being so concerned about it :)

Thanks for doing a little bit of research for me! The link you posted to the CSC website was one I've come across before. Unfortunately when I log in, I can't see any information about how to track my documents. There is information about how to track using a waybill number, but I couldn't see any information about my particular documents.

I will continue to remain patient -- and hope what Bamellis said (in the K-1 May 2013 filers forum) is true, and that the status will soon change to 'issued'!!

Yes, fingers crossed, it will change soon and the stress will float away.. Keep your chin up. Try keep yourself busy with other things.. I know it's hard to do as I find myself stressing about similar things. (and I'm only waiting for my interview date to roll around). Keep us posted

I just sent the email, and the response was definitely instant! Unfortunately, there is no 'case status update' available. So, we continue to wait!
