My wife and I applying for her AOS. We're following the Step-by-Step guide and these are the forms we're including in our packet.

I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

G-325A, Biographic Information

I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

I-131, Application for Travel Document

We're still compiling our Cover Letter.

I have a couple of questions.

1. How much do I send with the packet? The Step-by-Step guide says $1070. ($985 for I-485 and $85 for biometric fee)

2. Do I include the fees for I-765 ($380) and I-131 ($360)? For a total of $1810.

3. What about I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status? She had her medical exam on August 13, 2013. We have the DS-3025. Do we send a copy or the original?

4. DS-3025 says "Vaccine History Incomplete". And "Applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate (as indicated Above) Should we go to a Civil Surgeon and have this updated? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/315533-i-693-or-ds-3025/?p=4732435#entry4732435 Says it's not needed.

Is your Cover Page exactly like that? That seems a lot simpler than most sample Cover Letters I've seen. You only sent 2 Passport photos? Not 2 per each forms for a total of 6?

I understand that 6 photos are needed, 2 for each form. I think the AoS bit may be done somewhere else. 4 should be enough as the EAD and AP card is one item. I just treated each thing as a seperate issue even though you shove it all in the same envelope.

Send 6! RFE is not worth spending the extra few dollars and having 6, especially when it asks for it! Good luck!
