English?

You just filed for AOS packet in Dec 2013, Biometric appointment on Feb 3.

Did you file I-131 Advance Parole with your AOS packet too?

You can't go back home without the approved I-131 Advance Parole.

Yes we already filed I-1131 Advance parole.

My father got serious heart attacked and he wants to see his all children as his wished.

What is the option so I can go home and at the same time can go back.

Thank you so much.

You should do a walk-in for your biometric appointment as soon as possible. (maybe this week?).

Don't have to wait till Feb 3, in case you are out of the US by that time.

Make an infopass with the your local USCIS and request for expedite advance parole.
