I was happy to discover NOAs this morning in my mail for all 3 forms that I've sent.

Does it mean that they have all that's needed or I can still get RFE?

What did the NOA's say? NOA's can be used for many purposes. You can always get an RFE until processing is complete

YMMV

yes, you COULD get a RFE. I did after I received the same notice as you. It was for something I had already sent.

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

These are your NOA1's, if I am understanding correctly. They are basically your receipts, just a notice to let you know that your applications have been received and you now have cases pending. You absolutely can still get an RFE, don't count them out until you get an approval! Now that you have your case numbers you can check the progress online.

:time: This helps us answer your questions :)

ok, thanks.

im 100% positive i sent all the documents required, and it would sure suck to get RFE for something i've already sent in, since it took me FOREVER to put the package together. well, at least its moving forward now.
