When to schedule the Medical

Our papers were just transferred to the NVC and we don't have a new case number yet so I am just planning ahead. When should my husband go get his medical? Do we do it after we are schedule for the interview, but of course before the interview? Can he do it now even though we have not done AOS or DS-260?

* 21 APR 2016 - 90 Days before husbands conditional green card expires

For us where my wife is from India, the medical can be done only after we receive and interview letter. We need to present that to the medical institution for the medical check up.

Wait until NVC finishes and schedules your interview is the process for CR1s going through NVC.
