If you are talking about the VAC appointment which is the case now for Fingerprinting and Photographs then she needs the four things you mentioned(D260 confirmation page and not DS260). If you are talking about the interview appointment(I don't think so since you mentioned "Appointment Letter") at the Mumbai consulate then she needs to carry the originals and a copy of everything that was submitted to the NVC.

Here is the link that talks about docs needed for the VAC appointment. Look at Step 7.

Thanks for you help!!!

Hello iali1,

Did you or spouse receive any packets from NVC or consular prior to interview? I just recieved an email from NVC that case is complete and it contained interview date. It simply said what to bring for the interview and thats it. It has nothing about biometric. So, did you receive biometric email or did you simply knew that you need to schedule biometric appt? Also, how many days before the interview did you schedule biometric appt?

Biometric can be done anytime before the VISA interview date. They even have appointments on Sundays. Get that scheduled and finish it so that its out of the way!

slighting off topic, did you guys submit additional evidences to show bonafide marriage at the NVC stage? Thought i'll do that but heard some ppl saying that it might make the CO more suspicious of our case and cause red flag. Confused now whether to do it or not.

Hmm.... Saylin & some senior members here thinks side loading would be better for those coming from high fraud countries/consulates. So I'll go with their opinion & I am not going to stress myself more on this.

no. You don't pay anything extra for those.I am not sure if you can take it one day before the interview but generally advised to take it much before. If your VISA interview is at mumbai and say applicant is from chennai then fingerprinting can be done at chennai itself. So not sure why do you have postpone it till the last day.

We did not. We sent what was required for I-130 and also what was needed for NVC. We did not side load/front load/back load. :-) Infact during the interview the CO did not ask for any evidence like pics/phone calls. I understand it varies from case to case but in our case wife wasn't asked anything and neither did we send pics/phone call records to NVC.

I guess. Wife is from chennai so she did the biometrics at Chennai and attended the VISA interview at Mumbai. No issues. But in your case since you are from B'lore and looks like there isn't a VAC at B'lore. If i were you, i would call up UStravel docs and double confirm if you can take it at chennai. I believe you can but to be 200% sure you could call ustraveldocs.

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-loc-ofc.asp#locations

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-main-contactus.asp : You could also chat with them and they do respond. Pretty quick that way.

Goodluck!
