hi! its me again..... I'm sorry i have lot of things running into my mind.....

do we need to file the tax return before sending copies to embassy? When do you think we can file it this year?

i was under 221g and we need to pass the 2012 tax return but that year my fiance didn't meet the guidelines.... do you think we can file 2013 tax return and use it for 221g? He earn 26,000 last 2013 compare to 6900 in 2012.....

Warning: Do not avoid what the 221g asked for. Send the 2012 taxes. It will be OK.

Send as proof of currant and past income send the 2013 W-2s (Copies and Tax Statement)

They will not really care about 2012 income when his currant income for 2013 is way above poverty levels.

i hope so..... my fiancé will file his taxes as soon as he can so i can get the income tax return soon...... im praying that 2013 income tax return will be a big help..... I need to pass new employment letter and paystubs.....

I would agree. Give them exactly what they're asking for in the 221g, and then include additional current income proof. Employers are required to give their employees 2013 W-2s by January 31st, so he should be receiving that real soon, and then he can file his tax returns immediately thereafter.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding
