I am an US-citizen and my wise is not. she came in america With a type B-2 visa that expired 10 years ago. I would like to know if i can apply for her to get a green card.

I would suggest contacting an immigration attorney.

I have heard of people filing to adjust status, a few months or even a year after an overstay but 10 years is a long overstay.

It'd be wise to consult a lawyer, because it has been a LONG overstay.

Though, she as you might have read before. Did not enter the country illegally (since she had a B2 Visa), so I dont think she'd be sent back, but I have a hunch that all you need to do is file the paperwork for AOS and wait...
