I think we made an error filling out the DS160

if my fiancee made a mistake doing the DS 160 and she submitted it, what will happen, can we re- do it again??

We are confused with this question:

Have you ever been refused a US visa, or been refused admission to the United States or withdrawn your application for admission at the Port of Entry??/

We answer NO, but in 2007 she was refuse a visa from college and 2010 they refuse a tourist visa because she hadnt strong tie in DR, now we are nervous and dont know what to do, because, that made us confused,

so Any advise would be good.

the other question is: Has Anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS ... we put no.. is that one correct??

I have heard that with your id you can open your sd-160 and fix it.

When you start to fill out the form they give you an id, I have red in many psot that you can open again the aplication if you did something wrong.

And about your second question I am filling out my sd-160 for my interview and I answered yes to the question if someone have filled out any patition on your behalf with usci, I answered yes because my fiance have filed the I-129f for me.

I understood that who my fiance filed the I-129f for me I must answer yes.

Do the work via web conferencing, it is easy.

If you don't know the answer, do not guess.

Save the application and find the answer, then go back and fix.

omg dont tell me something like that i am so anxiuos now... OMG... we didnt on purpose... damn... i emailed to the US embassy in Santo Domingo and explain them what just happened... so I am waiting for their answer,,, nobody is perfect and this is our fisrt time doing this...

if an applicant comes to the appointment with incorrect information, they will need to return for their interview after the information is corrected. I found that in the US embassy in Sto. Dgo.

I thought you have fixed, because here you say that you have fixed.

Dont waste time, and use the application's ID and go to the application and fix it, you know about the dominican consulate and more that we are a high fraud country.

If you fix it before go to the interview it is better, because when your fiance be at the interview they are going to open the application with the right answer, but if let the applicacion with rhe wrong answer they are going to think that you are hiding something.

I have red a lot of post here, that people submit the 160 with mistake and they fix it quick using their ID .
