That's ok :)

Since we are on the topic, I actually searched what exactly is F2A :P So am I right in assuming that your mom is a permanent resident and that you are below 21 years old?

Ok this is what I have read so far with regards to you question

Be prepared with all the documents and payment.

- i864/i864a with original signatures of the petitioner and joint sponsor

- petitioner and joint sponsor's latest ITR and W2

- petitioner and joint sponsor's proof of citizenship/LPR status

- petitioner and joint sponsor's proof of relationship

- your NSO birth certificate

- your CENOMAR

- your NBI Clearance (green, taravel abroad) and/or Foreign police clearance

- your passport

- your visa photos

- $230 immigrant visa fee

Here is a link: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3217.html

Those are from http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/124627-apple21/

I think apple21 will be able to help you out more than I can. smile.png

Also try http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/169034-binashi/ as it was their thread that I read.

I think Binashi would be more similar to your situation :)
