Hi can u help mwle with this me ang my husband are confused if we have to wait for a letter from nvc that sayying that my husband have to pay the iv processing. Bcoz jst like the aos payment nvc send a written letter that saying we have to pay 88$. But when I sign in to ceac the 230 iv payments are now clickable.

My question is do we need to wait for a written letter fron nvc or just pay in ceac portal? Tnx in advance!

If u are able to pay why wait ? No need to wait for this step smile.png pay it asap

Read my sig below and you'll know it , i've waste 2 months ! I should paid it since october but then i just wait wait wait but nothing in my inbox so i decide to pay it and yeah i 'm able to pay it now everything is process

I think were missing a step (filling out the I-864 form) so confused bcoz nvc didnt email us or receiving any instruction letter sad.png

  • 2013-10-01: NOA2 approved (SMS and email from USCIS

2013-10-06: NOA2 (Hardcopy)

NVC
2013-10-15: NVC received the case

2013-10-21: Case Number , Invoice Number and BIN received

  • 2013-10-24: Choice of Agent (DS 261) filled. (AOS, IV fee not available yet)
  • 2013-10-25: Email to pay AOS fee
  • 2013-10-28: AOS payment available and paid
  • 2013-10-30: AOS Shows as "Paid"
  • 2013-11-01: Mailed i864 docs
  • 2013-11-01: IV fee available and paid
  • 2013-11-01: AOS Docs received at NVC ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-04 IV Supporting Docs mailed ( IV payment still shows as IN PROCESS...but moneys already withdrawn from account)
  • 2013-11-06 IV Supporting Docs received ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-07: IV Shows as "PAID"

They won't notice you ! The steps are in the website that you paying your AOS fee :) , send it out now with AoS coversheet

After IV is paid send out IV package too :) with IV coversheet

These days they rarely contact you since all the steps are in the payment website

Print out coversheet from payment website and attach it with I-864 :) just that
