Hi guys

I just wanted to confirm about the I-129 f package . So basically all that you need to send in the I-129 f are-

1-i-129 f

2-intent to marry

3-declaration of how we met

4-G325 a by the USC&Beneficiary

2-Also when do you send in the DS 160?

3-What all forms are no longer needed in the i-129f package?

4- Also when do I send in the affidavits from our parents/friends?

5-What all documents need to be notarized?

I would be really happy if some one could reply to that because it has been worrying me a bit and I still haven't filed the package .

As for notarized documents - as far as i know at this stage nothing should be notirazed, but check if u have some docs made not in English, than they should be translated.

P:S BEFORE SENDING UR PACKAGE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR FORMS ARE UPDATED ON USCIS WEB cos it´s already 2014 and all forms were dated till 2013.

You miss out $340 filling fee and proof of meeting within 2 years from the date of filling.

You do not need ds-160 till interview stage

Affidavit from friends and families are up to you! We got ours in our I-129F. Some said it's not needed but I include it in because we have one from the landlord that stated we been renting there from the day I arrive

Amazing response! praise Lord for you guys

1-So letters from parents/friends expressing their support about the visa process need not be notarized? They could just be hand written and signed?

2-Also, all boarding passes that iare included in the I-129 f are to be photocopies or would it be better to scan and take color print outs of them?.The originals are to be retained by the beneficiary right?

3-The passport size pictures need to be signed with a pencil? or just add the name to the back of the picture is fine enough?

4-Intent to marry letter should be notarized right? I am just confused about what all documents need to be notarized!

5-If the USC is a naturalized citizen does she still need to add her Birth Certificate also?Or would the copy of the passport be fine enough?

This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes Psalm 118:23:)

1-So letters from parents/friends expressing their support about the visa process need not be notarized? They could just be hand written and signed? - you can print them out with date, and they can sing it, i recommend also in the letter mention when you were meeting in person (at least we mentioned it )

2-Also, all boarding passes that iare included in the I-129 f are to be photocopies or would it be better to scan and take color print outs of them?.The originals are to be retained by the beneficiary right? - photo copy is fine, originals you keep

3-The passport size pictures need to be signed with a pencil? or just add the name to the back of the picture is fine enough? - i already mentioned it in my post read it again please!

4-Intent to marry letter should be notarized right? I am just confused about what all documents need to be notarized! - no need to notarize it, just date and sign and SUBMIT ORIGINALS OF THEM

5-If the USC is a naturalized citizen does she still need to add her Birth Certificate also?Or would the copy of the passport be fine enough? - Both things will not make harm.

Thanks guys .. The Lord's blessings be with you all .

-On the G-325 A ,what should I add in the columns not applicable to me? I know that the updated rules for I-129 f states that you leave it blank but does that hold true for the G325 A as well? say I don't have a middle name do i put in None or leave it blank?

you can leave blank questions that are not applied to you, BUT on G-325A there are fields where they ask put None if it is so (it´s about current husband-wife, former husband-wife, so if u were or are not married you put NONE there).
