I found out that I got case complete yesterday!!! Yay!! Now just waiting for the interview to be scheduled....patience is a virtue!

Congrats kiky!!! Don't feel bad...it's hard to remain patient with this long process.

Jematt- We called the NVC and asked of our interview date and was told over the phone and asked if they would please email- and it was in email a couple of days later. If I were you, I would call them and ask for update.

After I wrote all of that yesterday, I planned to call NVC tonight....just coz it was driving me batty not knowing.... and this afternoon, around 4pm, I got the email....THE email with our interview date! We're scheduled for Feb 6th!!! When I say we, I mean my hubby...but you know what I mean. So so excited!!! When is your interview? Good luck!!!

Okay you aren't understanding. Everyday a petitions are going to every single embassy in the world. K1, CR1/IR1. Its not your petition. You have not been assigned an interview so you are still at NVC. Please understand this.

1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font.(It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)

Just wanted to say Congratulations on case Complete and welcome. And well done. You updated perfectly.

Also what in the world is going in in Nepal is everyone leaving? I have seen so many couples (okay maybe 10 in a year but to me thats alot) hehe

I think we're going to just wait now. Hubby got his medical for 1/30, so it will be a week before. Very excited. We turned in everything already so all he really needs to bring is his letter that they sent. Amsterdam's Consulate is very fast and thorough at this point. Just hoping all will go well for the interview. :-)

NVC ony communicates via email unless none is given. So if you gave them an email address they will send that P4 letter that way.

Perhaps also explain what information we should expect in P4 letter as well.

It will tell you the interview date and than there's a personalized checklist that has all documents andsuch listed and whether you need to bring, or you already submitted so pay close attention to that.

Like in our case we submitted no documebts only the DS-230 form so our checklist had all the required documents listed to bring,

Thats about it. The letter for most countries is used for medical and of course to get in embassy.
