CFO before or after interview?

Hi to all I'm done with my medical and praise God I passed I'd like to ask when's the best time to take the CFO, before or after I get the visa? Coz from what I've read, if u do the CFO before you have your visa, then u need to go there twice. But if u do the CFO once the visa is already in your hands, then you only need to go once and that's it. Thanks so much to everyone in advance

What you said is correct. If you do your CFO prior to your interview then you will need to return after to get your sticker.

If you go before your visa and pass the CFO class they will give you a certificate of completion. After your USEM interview, and after you receive your visa, you will either need to return to either the Cebu or Manila location to have your sticker affixed to your passport.

If you want their is a process that you can get your sticker at NAIA airport, but it is a little involved and sometimes the times they are available and the window to which you have time before your flight can be challenging. If you want to hear more about the process I can send you the details or you can search on VJ for the process.

Also, If you have your interview with USEM first, then you can go to the Cebu or Manila office of CFO and have your interview where upon completion, they will affix the sticker to your visa.

Those are three ways of getting the CFO sticker so that you can leave the Philippines. The CFO class should only take one day to complete. Be sure to follow some of the CFO experiences here on VJ for excellent tips to pass your CFO. Be confident during your interview. Answer the question straight away. Don't seem unsure of your connection and love to your fiancee.

My wife waited until she had visa in hand before going to CFO, she didn't want to come back a second time. The limited seating is the main reason many go before.

I had a K1 and a K2 minor 20 yo who completed their CFO on 12/13 and my fiancé went about noon and there was a spot available so she took it. The daughter couldn't take her CFO until Friday (next day) as they have only minor children seminar on certain days. If that applies to you then call ahead and confirm but if it is just for you then line up in the morning between 4am - 5am as the slots fill quickly. If you are near the CFO office prior to you appointment then walk over and see where to line up as the guards are very familiar, accommodating and friendly .

Chinook is from Bacolod. She completed the CFO seminar in Manila right after completing the medical, and a few days before her Embassy interview. She wanted to get as much done as possible while she was in Manila for her medical and her interview.

Then, after she received her visa, when she returned to Manila for her flight to the U.S., she got the CFO sticker affixed to her passport.
