Hi,

My father is a USA citizen since 2003, he formed I130 application for me on Sep 2005 and my application got approved in 2009.Due to large amount of applicants I am unable to get a visa till another two and half years - since my priority date is September 2005, and now the queue is April 2003 (F3 Category) - and my concern is that my father is old and sick (around 76 years and got cancer more than once), he can't leave US because he has no other place to go to, so is there a way like compassionate to accelerate the visa process to be with him before passes away!

P.S. my mother passed away. so I am the one to take care of him.

Thanks,

Hani Ahmad

No that is not reason enough. You can hire someone to care for him here in the US or arrange to have to your home where you can care for him there. Until there is a visa number available there is no way to rush the process. Many people have the petitioner die while waiting,

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If the petitioner dies and you have no other family members in the US then the petition dies ( there is no one to re unite with) But the fact he is older and in poor health is not a reason for you to get priority, there are people waiting with older parents.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
