Tax Return Transcript Issue.

Hi. I am preparing to file N-400 in Feb, 2013. I have 2011 and 2012 Tax return transcripts. I don't know how to get 2013 one.

Any idea after how many days after filing tax return the transcript will be available?????

When you get your W2's at the end of January you will file for 2013 Do our as fast as you can do you can send it with your n400

Tax season in 2014 will be delayed. IRS date for receiving submissions is not set yet but should start somewhere between January 28 and February 4.

File your N400 when able to and bring your tax transcript for 2013 to your interview. If tax transcript not available - bring copies of your filed tax return together with W-2.
