Hi all,

Sending an application based on 5 years residency and here are the attachments:

1. Check payment in the amount of $....for Citizenship application and Biometrics fee.
2. N-400 Application Form
3. Two passport size photo
4. Photocopy of both sides Permanent Resident Card
5. Photocopy Driver's License and Social Security card
9. Photocopy passport as proof of my travel outside the US
10. IRS transcripts for the last 5 years

Questions:

a) What is missing?

b) this applicant was married to a USC (legally divorced) does she need to send her marriage certificate or just divorce papers?

c) for good moral or character, does an applicant required to get 2 or 3 people write letters or its optional?

Thanks

hi

you don't need all that

no need of SS card

passport and driver's license you take to the interview, as well as the taxes in case they ask for it.

no need to send anything for good moral character, biometrics are for FBI fingerprints

she can send in copy of her divorce decree

So all is needed to be send is the application form - fee and divorce papers that's all? I heard others sending all these bulk of papers?

Some people do send a lot of papers with the application, some don't. Honestly i tHink its better if you send it for them to review it before the interview and they wouldn't have to ask you for evidence and delay your progress. I've seen people not sending taxes with application and they weren't asked about it, but send them just to be safe. Send divorce papers, your marriage certificate and some bills, just a couple. Send pictures, fee, copy of green card. I think that's all.
