I am so confused and I do not know what to do right now as I am trying to make an appointment for my K1 Visa Interview online. The process is very easy to follow however the available date is beyond my NOA 2 validity date.

Currently, your website's first available date is April 16, 2014. My NOA2 validity date is Nov 20, 2013 to March 19, 2014. I did not book the date yet as I do not want to make a mistake.

I need advice on this.

a. Do we need to book the date and just reschedule it? possibilities of rescheduling...

b. Do we need to do something? for extension, or the embassy will just automatically extend it...

Thank you. :)

just book your interview appointment.. maybe reschedule the appointment if there is a cancellation or an earlier slot

for the extension of your NOA2 approval, you don't need to do anything about it. the embassy will automatically extend that.

my NOA2 is valid until December 31, 2013 but y interview is January 21st 2014..

Good luck to u!

Your NOA2 will not expire for a year, even if it does state 4 months on the NOA2 - the embassy will extend the validity up to a year, 4 months at a time. So you are fine.

better set an appointment and just reschedule afterwards. interview dates will always open up eventually, but at least you have a sure slot.
