HEY THERE,

sent correction letter to USCIS, Regarding i n/a answer for q22 form I-130 After two months i received letter from USCIS With my original document i was sending,

Is this a problem to NVC since my case at NVC now?

do i have to email Nvc refer to this error

what was the wording in the approval notice from USCIS ?

ok - usually, the NVC staff will read the casefile and figure out which embassy to assign it to, generating a consular casefile number.

The only way you'll know it's not gotten the right consulate assignment is by studying the consular casefile number.

If it's wrong, you can talk with a supervisor to get it changed prior to further doc intake at NVC.

If it's right, then go forth with doc intake at NVC.

That's it, that's all, that's all the indicator yer gonna get for 'which consulate' for the casefile.

I had a problem with Q22 also at USCIS, it was a huge mess.

what happend your case!! i called NVC the case wasnt received yet. i was wondering if i could email them in regards the correction once they recived my case.
