Hey guys

I have been approved from USCIS (I-130) nov 14 and after that NVC haven't received the case yet. Its been more than 1.5 months and my petition hasn't showing in the NVC system yet. I have seen some case which also got approved on the same date as mine and already got the case number. I called USCIS and talked to trier 2 and they said petition already transferred to NVC but when i called NVC, they said they didn't get it yet. Anybody gone through this , so please let me know. thanks

so, for the USCitizen Petitioner -

call into USCIS again, get an ISO, and ask if the casefile was sent to NVC or NRC. Don't settle for a service request, instead ask the ISO to look in the system and see if the casefile has actually left USCIS loading dock or if it's still setting on the loading dock

or if it was misrouted to NRC.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

So, ISO = Immigration service officer = Trier 2 ...I talked to them and they told me that my case is there. after trier2 opened a service request and i called after 5 days to make sure it may be some update on my service request but they said you have to wait for 15days to get an update. So much depressing time.

to get location of the casefile, don't muck about with a service request.

an ISO has the data available to them, on their computer screen. Usually, have to prod an ISO a bit to dig around in the system and figure it out. It's not pretty.

Just talked to USCIS trier 2 and she said my petition is still at CSC and not sure why the petition hasn't sent it to NVC. She dig into the computer and came up with that everything is approved but seems like to officer hold my petition for some more days and will send it next week or following week. I don't know why these people waste time when the matter is for human life.
