Good Afternoon VJ Fly:

I/We have a question that really needs answering on both me and my husbands behalf. The I-130 was filed and recieved in November; our NOA 1 was recieved.

Do we need to file the I-129F?

I know that it is affiliated with the I-130, but I was also told that it can also delay your I-130 if it is not approved prior

I -130 sent - November 11, 2013

NOA 1 - November 18, 2013

RFE - May 16, 2014

RFE sent to USCIS - May 26,2014

RFE Received at USCIS - May 30,2014

I-130 NOA 2 June 12 2014

I-129f NOA 2 June 12 2014

30-06-2014 - NVC received the case

21-07-2014 - NVC case number assigned

XX-XX-2014 - I-864(AOS) Bill Generated and paid
XX-XX-2014 - Sent I-864(AOS) Package

XX-XX-2014 - IV bill invoiced and paid

XX-XX-2014 - DS-260 completed online
XX-XX-2014 - IV packets sent
XX-XX-2014 - Case completed
XX-XX-2014 - Interview scheduled

Thank man but we filled i-129f last month its going to up to a month now and we have not received the noa1 up till now so I was confuse either to resend the papper works again and I got the usps delivery confirmation that it was deliver to uscis

have you called USCIS to see if they received it? Where did you send the I-129F to? It should have gone to Dallas lockbox. And it does take about 30 days to receive hardcopy NOA1.
