My fiancé has been sick in the hospital and we had to extend our appointment until February which will be past our 4 month period. Does anyone have a contact number or e-mail for extending the NOA2? I just need about a month's extension.

Thanks in advance

I would contact the consulate and explain the situation and see what the procedures are, but generally the CO will extend the validity. My NOA2 validity date was the beginning of January and my interview in Montreal, QC, Canada was end of February. Here is the link to the contact info for the Bogota consulate: http://bogota.usembassy.gov/contact.html
