Para las solicitudes/peticiones denegadas, la actividad posterior a la decisión puede incluir un proceso de apelación y/o mociones para que se reabra o se reconsidere el caso, y revocaciones.

I received this same message on Dec 3. I called and they basically told me it will take up to 30 -90 days before they contact me again. Bummer Just keep checking your status

that means your case was sent to the National Visa Center... give it a week or two and call them (NVC) for your case number...

Mine was sendind same day as yours, i will call on monday because i need to changed my fiance address in dominican and i will ask for my case number, we never know :P

I need to change my fiance' s home adress, or should i wait until they send it to dominican republic?? Dont know what to do at this point.. i think i gonna send an email to santo domingo consulate.

When i recived that message, after 10 days i got my case number.

Be patient and give them 10 bussines days and you will have your case number

Contact nvc first, remember that in the noa2 they say that if you change adress need let know them.

I advise you contact nvc today.

It is better if they send the packet with the right adress to santo domingo.

Anyway your packet hasnt arrived to nvc, because was shipped on friday, that take 2 or 3 days to arrive to nvc.

But you can call today and let them know about you want change your fiance's home adress.

When tsc post that message wait 10 bussiness days to call. Otherway if you call before they are going to say wait 90 days, they told the same thing to my fiance and when he called in the 10 days we got our case number.
