i have a question.

we are ready to send in our ds-260 packages, are we required to send in the confirmation page? or the cover page is sufficient? is there a difference btn the two?

You don't need to include the DS260 in the IV package (civil documents). What you need to put on top of the IV package is the IV COVER SHEET, the one from the payment portal.

You don't need to include the DS260 in the IV package (civil documents). What you need to put on top of the IV package is the IV COVER SHEET, the one from the payment portal.

thanks, apple21. you are always so helpful! one more question. there's the ds-i180, the one that says that every male btn the page of18 and26 should sign up for the military within 30 days of arrival in the united states. we are supposed to sign that and hand it in with the iv package. right?
