finally got the NOA1s for the AOS and EAD, but on the USCIS tracking website, which I used during the K-1 process, its does not like the MSC receipt numbers. The Case Status Search Page states it tracks EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC receipt numbers.

So, how can i track the status of these?

Second Post - but since it is so quick it added it to my original post.

ok, i found one thread that mentioned it does take some time for the cases to show up. Ok fine, so I may be trying a little too early. I forgot I was not to have any realiatic expectations from USCIS or the website. Have I forgotton so quickly? :clock:

yeah. Give it time.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

if it says case does not exist, like mine and many others, there are some of use who have been trying the case status for 2 months; my MSC receipt date was 1-31 and I've checked every day but I just don't exist.

it would seem that a lot of people with a MSC receipt date of 1/31 have not been able to check online. Makes me wonder what the holdup is ... or whether somebody just said forget it.

oh crappy well. It worked well enough when we were in the K-1 process, although i never recieved any touches, it just went from received status to approved, which is how I first found out. Guess this time around it will have to be a mailbox surprise. :protest:

Checked online status again today and the two cases were finally viewable. 30-90 days for the EAD and 90-120 days for the AOS.

The NOAs give a recieved date of Feb 26, the online case status shows March 2. Guess it all depends on who recieved what when.

At least this makes me feel like some progress is happening.
