Good morning everyone,

I hope somebody can help me out with this.

My husband (petitioner) messed up the G-325A. He made quiet a few mistakes and I'm worried we'll be denied because of that, as it was while he

was replying to a NOID, which is pretty bad anyways.

1. he mixed up my place of birth with the town I grew up (on I-130 place of birth is correct)

2. he mixed up the date, of our first address together with the date, we actually moved to that town, just not together

3. on the employment part he left out a few month, when he got out of the military and was unemployed for a while

4. he didin't print his name into that box on the bottom

I know he knows how important that is, so I don't understand what happend. He emailed me a scan of the form AFTER he mailed, so it's to late now.

What can we do now? Wait if it's a problem or go forward and fill out a new one and try to get it attached to our file?

If someone knows anything about that or had a similar expirience, please let me know.

Two things you can do:

1. Wait for an RFE

2. Wait for NOA1 and then once you have the receipt number, call USCIS to correct the form before they send you an RFE

Sending another form right now before you even have your receipt numbers is of no use.

Hi,

thank you for replying, but do I even get a receipt notice for replying to a NOID. We do have the original receipt number from originally filing the I-130.

Responding to a NOID with wrong info. All you can do is hope they don't send back (yes they have RFE'd folk with NOID). If they reaffirm you just take an updated G325A to interview.

Can I ask what was wrong with the original G325A you submitted with I-130?

Now we are talking NOID as in you had interview and were denied and petition sent back to Deny or revoke and thats where you are?

Or are ou still initially at USCIS no NOA2 yet just filed?

I am confused where you are in the process. The G325A was it not submitted originally? Thats why you had to send it in? I guess his was okay (You have to do one for each of you).

Fill me in sorry if I am so confused. Just never seen a NOID for a submitted petition only denials that came back.

We're still at USCIS waiting for NOA2. Waited for about 8 months and then got the NOID. He didn't send the G-325A with the I-130 and that was one of the reasons for the NOID. My husband is just really bad when comes to forms, paperwork and documents. I usually do that, so it's really hard to be here and try to explain gim what to do on skype, but not being able to do it myself.

Hi, we're stil at USCIS waiting for NOA2. Yes it wasn't submitted originally. Mine is filled just fine. He made a few mistakes, send it and then afterwards sent me a scan of it via email. That's when I saw all his mistakes.

Phew okay thanks for clearling that up. Thank God you got a nice adjudicator. Because they could have easily rejected/denied application kept your money and told you to refile.

I would call USCIS since you just did his and tell them your G325A needs to be amemded. Hopefully they will just say send it right in. Call now.

And by the way tell your husband he has a gem of a wife. Good eye there dear. ;)good.gif

Hi again,

so my hausband called USCIS. Tier 2 told him, not to worry too much. He said just to wait for the receipt notice and then send in the correct G-325A with a letter explaining what happened. I'm so reliefed smile.png

Awesome news. That's great. I know you will have your eye on that mailbox and that I-797C notice.

Happy Thanksgiving.
