NBI Clearance Renewal

Hi all

I've been googling instructions on how to get an NBI clearance renewed but I'm not understanding the stuff I see. The last time I had to renew I just went to Megamall, waited 15 minutes and it was done. I'm not sure how things are done now. I don't even think that the Megamall kiosk is still open.

Anybody who had their clearance renewed lately? I already have the new clearance format with the biometrics. I got my clearance last year when I applied for a tourist visa to China. Can I use that for the renewal? I'd hate to do the entire process all over again.

Thanks!

There's no "renewal" anymore. Everyone who wants an NBI clearance are treated as new applicants.

Yes, no more renewal. No need to bring your old NBI clearance.

That's BS!!!!!!

I'm pregnant and I don't want to fall in line at 4AM waaaah. I hate the NBI!!

I went to NBI yesterday and I was told to come back today because their system is down. The lady told me that they don't do renewals anymore. Bummer! I'm planning to go in the afternoon (around 2 or 3) so I won't have to wait that loooooooooonnnggg. maybe you can go to one of the mall branches. I suggest you call the branch ahead of time, you'll never know, their system might be down and you'll end up wasting your time going there.

Hey there, we did the online registration. It took us about 30 minutes to get the clearance.

Only thing is they recently disabled GCash as mode of payment, just PPP now. https://nbi-online.com/login.

Instructions here: https://nbi-online.com/file/NBIOnlineClearanceApplication.pdf

Hope this helps.

There is such a thing as a courtesy lane for pregnant women, persons with disability, and senior citizens. smile.png

Hi!

Go to NBI taft,

there is a courtesy lane for pregnant women on the 1st floor..

No line over there smile.png

If you have any problems with picking up your nbi clearance (if it ever overlaps with your interview date)

you can ask the nice lady from 5th floor APDP and ask for help, so it can be released earlier..

Bec. for travel abroad (green form), it usually takes a week or two..

(from my own experience, it was an auto HIT, and they were making me wait for 2 weeks

which overlaps the date of my interview.. so went to APDP and the lady told me to come pick it up the following day)
