maybe he was a just covering his firm if i went through them and it took some time. i have a friend that had to wait he says 9mos from start to finish. she has no violations of bans on here current tourist visa.

what all do i need her signature on? i will email her those docs to sign and mail to me with pictures and plane tickets and such

thanks for the help so far everyone! i'm feeling less over-whelmed already

She just needs to sign a letter of intent and fill out and sign a G-325A.

Your friend may have taken that long before because the processing times go up and down all the time, and they have nothing to do with which country the foreign fiance(e) is from. Not too long ago it was taking 6+ months just to get the I-129F approved, and then you still had to wait for your case to be sent to the consulate and schedule your interview. It can take a month or more to have the interview after your case has been sent to CDJ.

what address do i use for that? or where can i find that? or is it my address?

The addresses are just a formality and not required. If you want to use an address, then use the Dallas Lockbox filing address. If you do not know how to find this address, then you need to go over the I-129F form instructions once more in case you have missed anything else.

These samples work perfectly though >

Yes.

From the I-129F instructions >

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration

Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your

answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.
