If any one has recently filled in a DS160 form online for the K1 visa please help me. The situation is that my lawyer wants to fill in the form online, on my behalf she is asking questions that I am not sure are irrelevant to this form.. I.e all the places I have lived since I was 16. I can't remember what I did yesterday, never mind what I was doing 32 years ago an I am getting increasingly stressed about it. Obviously, if I need to answer the questions regarding that I will do, but she has already made me fill out a DS156 and then told me I didn't need to do that. So please, please I would be eternally grateful for any info regarding this form.

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

 

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

You, the beneficiary, have to be the one to submit the form, so it might be best to go ahead and fill it our yourself.

11/09/2013 - I-129F Packet mailed to Dallas Lockbox                                                                                         06/22/2015 - AOS packet mailed to Chicago Lockbox

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

10/12/2017 - ROC packet mailed to VSC

01/21/2019 - ROC Approved - there was no interview

 

The N-400 journey:

02/16/2020 - N-400 application filed online

02/21/2020 - Paper NOA received in the mail

03/13/2020 - Biometrics

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony
