Hi everyone, im a Filipina who's being petitioned by my fiance(e) who's currently stationed in Japan. We understand that he have to send thru courier the documents to USCIS in Lewisville Texas. We are anxious to do everything correctly to prevent delays. We would appreciate for any suggestions and help we can get so i can prepare the paper works. Thanks so much! :D

First off, is he Active Duty? If so, he needs to get a permission memorandum from his CO before filling anything.
