sorry if these questions are repetitive but I just want to double check and recently I have been getting home to late to call the USCIS help line and actually speak to a person. I was wondering a few things before I file:

1. I have 2 x 2 passport pictues frontal view... Is this correct?

2. The Adobe G325A form I filled out was giving me trouble and the dates would not fit in the space provided. I typed all other information and wrote in the dates with pen and initialed each page. Is that sufficient?

3. Are copies vs. originals of my boarding passes and itineraries acceptable?

4. I live in Ohio and Nebraska is listed as my service center, but I have read that they are being forwarded to California. I am planning on mailing to Nebraska but I was just wondering if I was missing something somewhere.

That is all. I am new here and I have tried to do plenty of research and I have read so many helpful things, I just get overwhelmed and confused sometimes so I thought I would ask, just to make sure. Thanks for your patience and congratulations to all who are proceeding through this process successfully. I am a bit nervous, but we have to try.

Thanks, Valerie

The only originals that need to be included are the I-129F, G325a (four pages all individually signed) for both the petitioner and the beneficiary and the signed Statement of intent for both petitioner and beneficiary. All other documents and evidence can be copies.

Yes you send to Nebraska and they will forward to California

Penning in information is OK.

Frontal view passport style photos for both are what is required

Yup.

2. The Adobe G325A form I filled out was giving me trouble and the dates would not fit in the space provided. I typed all other information and wrote in the dates with pen and initialed each page. Is that sufficient?

That's what I did, and I've heard of others doing the same here with no problem. ;)

3. Are copies vs. originals of my boarding passes and itineraries acceptable?

Definately! Don't send originals of ANYthing except the papers you have to sign - letter of intent, I-129F, and G-325A. The rest just make copies - birth certificate, passport, evidence of having met, etc. You most likely won't be able to get back anything that you send to them and you need to send the originals over to your fiance(e) for their interview.

4. I live in Ohio and Nebraska is listed as my service center, but I have read that they are being forwarded to California. I am planning on mailing to Nebraska but I was just wondering if I was missing something somewhere.

Nope, you send it to Nebraska and they do the forwarding. Lesson #1: The visa process is inconvenient and, for the most part, does not make sense. ;)

What else can I tell you... double check the G-325A's, make sure you have all 4 pages for both you and your fiance(e). Double and triple check all the forms for signatures. If you included any attachments make sure they're signed and dated. Make sure you include and sign the check - I've seen people here get the package sent back to them because they forgot the check, or didn't sign it!

Good luck!

The pictures are 2 x 2 (or 5x5/5x7).

Don't forget that if you have a supplemental form for the G-325A then to send 4 since there are 4 of the G-325A forms.
