First I would like to say hi, hope everyone is well. I'm new to Visa Journey, I have been looking for the answer to my question but the truth is that I'm very confussed.

I filed the I - 129F and it was approved , I do not meet the income req so we have a dear friend who will sponsor my finacee.

As of the 22nd of November the file reached the US embassy in Casa Blanca Morocco. So we must hurry and get all paper work together ASAP.

What form will the sponsor use form I-864 or I-134?

Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

First check with the embassy to ask if they accept co sponsors in K 1 cases. If so both sponsors will submit 134 with all supporting docs such as tax info ect.

Check into the timelines for Morroco. There you should find what hurry means in Moroccan terms.

Good luck

As a couple who recently went through the K-1 interview with Casablanca the answer is the I-134. The I-864 was required in the PAST for the K-1 but that document is actually meant for the spousal visa process.

You will need:

I-134 (your income, even if it's 0), with tax returns of 2012.

I-134 (of your friend) + tax returns 2012 + proof of citizenship/LPR

You can go to this site here:

http://www.uscis.gov/i-134

and find the actual document in addition to the instructions.
